How to Make this Easy 2 Ingredient Viral Peppermint Bark Chocolate Pretzel Treat!

Hi! If you’ve been following me for long you’ll already know this, but for those who are new, welcome to Far From The Farm. I’m Mona, the Brit behind the recipes, learning life and food in the States while sharing our debt-free journey and what’s on the menu in our home today!

My husband’s favorite Christmas candy has got to be peppermint bark. Back home in the UK it was never something I saw stacked high in every store aisle.

Here in the States though, the moment November rolls around it is everywhere. Giant boxes. Gift tins. Sample trays. It has become part of our Christmas rhythm here.

He also loves those salty little pretzel twists. The tiny ones. The ones you grab by the handful without thinking. So one December afternoon I looked at both sitting on the counter and thought, why not combine them into something even better!!!!!

And so was born the Viral 2-Ingredient Peppermint Bark Pretzel Crack!

It is sweet. It is salty. It has crunch from the pretzels and that creamy peppermint chocolate snap when it hardens. And the best part? It could not be simpler.

You will see me sharing simple recipes like this quite often. As a military family working through baby step 2 of our debt free journey, we are intentionally making more of our favorite treats at home instead of buying specialty holiday snacks.

A box of pretzels and half a box of peppermint bark turns into a tray of Christmas candy that would easily cost far more in a boutique shop.

And just a reminder that if you’re struggling and you need help with managing your budget or starting your own debt free journey then here’s some FREE resources below you may find helpful!
