Notes

  • Hood’s Pumpkin Eggnog gives a gorgeous seasonal flavour.
  • Costco Irish cream keeps this drink affordable without losing quality.
  • Ready whip adds a soft, creamy cafe style finish.

Troubleshooting

I cannot find pumpkin eggnog. What should I do? Mix regular non alcoholic eggnog with:
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • Stir until smooth, then use in place of the pumpkin eggnog.

Storage

  • This cocktail is best enjoyed fresh.
  • You can however pre mix the pumpkin nog portion if you can't get hold of Hood's Pumpkin Eggnog and refrigerate for up to two days. Just give it a good stir before pouring.
