Method
- Add the heavy cream, milk, sweetened condensed milk, and ground cinnamon to a small saucepan.
- Whisk well to fully disperse the cinnamon before heating. This helps prevent clumps later.
- Place the saucepan over low to medium heat. Heat gently until the mixture is steaming but not boiling.
- Stir frequently while heating to keep the cinnamon evenly suspended and prevent scorching.
- Once steaming, remove the saucepan from the heat.
- Stir in the vanilla extract while the mixture is still hot. This is where the flavors really start to bloom.
- Allow the creamer to cool slightly in the pan so it thickens just a touch.
- Use a funnel to pour the creamer into a clean glass bottle or jar.
- Let cool completely, then seal and refrigerate.
- Shake gently before each use and enjoy in your favorite coffee.
