Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 cup milk - whole, low fat, or dairy free
  • 3-5 tbsp hazelnut extract - or syrup
  • 2-3 tbsp sweetened condensed milk

Equipment

  • Small saucepan
  • Whisk or mini frother
  • Measuring jug, cups and spoons
  • Glass bottle or jar with lid
  • Funnel

Method
 

  1. Add the heavy cream, milk, Hazelnut extract or syrup, and sweetened condensed milk to a small saucepan.
  2. Whisk gently to combine before heating.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat.
  4. Heat slowly while whisking until the mixture is warm and steaming, but not boiling.
  5. Remove the saucepan from the heat.
  6. Allow the creamer to cool slightly in the pan.
  7. Use a funnel to pour the creamer into a clean glass bottle or jar.
  8. Let cool completely, then seal and refrigerate.
  9. Shake gently before each use and enjoy in your favorite coffee!

  • This creamer has a warm, nutty flavor rather than strong sweetness
