Method
- Add the dry spaghetti noodles into the insert of your Instant Pot. If using regular spaghetti noodles instead of pot-sized noodles, snap them in half first. Pour over the water, spreading the noodles into a loose crisscross pattern and ensuring they are underneath the water.
- Secure the lid and turn the valve to SEAL.
- Cook on HIGH pressure for 4 minutes for fully cooked spaghetti.
- As soon as the cooking cycle finishes, carefully perform a QUICK RELEASE.
- Once the pressure pin drops, open the lid and immediately stir the spaghetti noodles to help separate them while still hot.
- Drain using a colander.
- Serve immediately with butter, marinara sauce, parmesan, Alfredo sauce, garlic butter, olive oil, or your favorite pasta toppings.
