Method
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the mini pretzel twists on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one.
- Place one unwrapped Rolo on top of each pretzel.
- Bake for 1 to 2 minutes, just until the Rolos are softened but not melted. Watch closely to avoid spreading.
- Remove from the oven and immediately press 3 to 4 honey roasted pistachios gently into each softened Rolo.
- Let the pretzel bites cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours, or until fully set before serving.

Notes
- Chopped pistachios work too if that is what you have
- You can lightly press the pistachios or leave them chunky for more texture
- Dark chocolate Rolos or caramel chocolates also work well
Storage
- Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 5 days.
- For longer storage, refrigerate for up to 10 days and bring to room temperature before serving.
