Ingredients
  

  • Ice - enough to fill the glass about halfway
  • 1 1/2 oz Coconut rum - white rum
  • 1 oz Blue curaçao liqueur - bitter orange flavor
  • 1/2 oz simple syrup - optional for a sweeter cocktail
  • 6-8 oz Bubly Coconut Pineapple sparkling water - to top up

Equipment

  • Cocktail glass or short wine glass
  • Cocktail jigger or measuring cups
  • Long spoon or cocktail stirrer
  • Cocktail picks or festive garnish optional

Method
 

  1. Fill your serving glass about halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Add the coconut rum followed by the blue curaçao.
    For a sweeter cocktail, add the optional simple syrup.
  3. Slowly pour in the chilled Bubly Coconut Pineapple sparkling water until the glass is nearly full.
  4. Stir gently until the blue color is evenly distributed throughout the drink.
  5. Serve immediately while cold and bubbly.
    Garnish with a pineapple wedge, maraschino cherry, cocktail umbrella, or slice of fresh lime if desired.
