Mix the cream cheese: In a bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and parsley. Divide into 6 little balls and set aside.3. Spread and roll: Spread a cream cheese mixture ball over each flattened chicken breast. Roll up the chicken and wrap each piece with 2 slices of bacon.4. Bake: Place the bacon-wrapped chicken in a baking dish and bake at 375°F / 190°C for 30-35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C 5. Broil (optional): For crispy bacon, broil for 1-2 minutes at the end.6. Serve: Slice the chicken (or serve whole if preferred) and serve with potatoes, green beans, or a fresh salad.
